We started the term with lots of different tests for reading, writing and maths.
In writing we have been looking at how to create an image in the readers mind with our descriptive writing.
Our maths focus has been Statistics, Addition and Subtraction Strategies and Number Knowledge.
In reading we have been learning about the different Comprehension Strategies and how they can help us understand what we are reading. We have been focusing on Activating our Prior Knowledge, Summarising and Asking Questions.
Our Inquiry has been about Windley School's Vision - Being S.E.T for life. We have developed our understanding of our school vision, looked at how we are showing we are S.E.T for Life, and what we can work on.
